Annexure A: CORRIGENDUM

 Following changes have been incorporated in NIT

 Bill of Material (BOM) has been revised. The BOM as given in Section II B is withdrawn. The
revised BOM is attached as Section II B Rev01.

 Clause 2.4 of Section I of NIT is modified as follows:

The typical list of raw materials required is given Rate Schedule wise in Section II B Rev01
[Bill of Material (BOM)]. Suitable cutting allowances may be considered over this quantity for
cost estimation.

 Clause 5.2 of Section I of NIT is modified as follows:

Price Variation Clause (PVC) is applicable for Raw Material component. RS wise BOM is
enclosed in Section II B Rev01 [Bill of Material (BOM)] and same shall be used for PVC
calculation. The methodology for PVC is given in Section VIII.

 Extras for E350 is applicable only for Plate Materials. The list of Extras with Pre-fixed rates as
mentioned in Section III is withdrawn. The revised list of Extras with Pre-fixed rates as
mentioned in Section III Rev01 shall be applicable.

 Clause 2.16 of Section I of NIT is modified as follows:

Few extra Rate Schedules with prefixed rates have been identified for this tender enquiry. Rates
for extra Rate Schedules, as indicated in Section III Rev01, shall be payable over and above
the basic fabrication rates (finalized for Main Fabrication Rate Schedules), wherever applicable

 Clause 2.17 of Section I of NIT is modified as follows:

The applicability of following extra Rate Schedules shall be indicated in purchase orders (P.O.).:

5 ODRS2 Combination ODC Freight Rate, i.e. combination of any 2 or 3 dimensions falling under
ODC's Length above 12.2 M up to 15M / Width ODC /Height ODC
6 ODRS3 Length ODC Freight Rate / MT over & above ODRS1 or ODRS2 for each meter increment and
part thereof in the length above 15 M till 24 M.
7 SPRS Painting & Blast Cleaning charges

 Clause 2.18 of Section I of NIT is modified as follows:

Extra rates for E350 is applicable. Vendors have to submit their quotations based on the
assumption that all PLATE materials as E250 BR grade. Additional Extra Rates will be provided
for E350B0 plate materials as per Pre fixed Rates mentioned in Section III Rev01.

has been added as an additional quality document. Vendor to refer the same.

All other Terms and Conditions of NIT remains unchanged.

Participation in NIT 2023OVM011 by Vendor shall be construed

as acceptance to all T&Cs including above corrigendum.
