1. Effect of a force on a helical spring

The force applied on a spring normally affects the way it stretches

In this experiment, you will find out how this force will affect the spring
and find the numerical value of the spring constant.

Instructions:
1. Have a title/project question-
2. Have a hypothesis.
3. The independent variable is the values of the masses( force applied)
4. The dependent variable is the current flowing in the circuit
5. The constants (control variables) are;
The spring used, meter rule etc.

 Present your project of a manila paper
 Indicate the independent and dependent variable.
 Show the control variables
 How can you improve on the accuracy of your results
 Any safety precaution(s)
