NARRATIVE

On 07/ 07/ 2021 at about 2340 hours, while I was working at the front counter, ( RV1) Lavin, ( RV2) Chavez and ( RV3)

Solano came to the station to file a police report. I identified RV1- 3 by their Mexican Identification Cards.

Lavin stated the following in summry:

On 07/ 07/ 2021 at about 2230 hours, Lavin parked and secured locked his ( 131) Ford from ( V1) Avis Car Rental in
front of 223 Jefferson Street. At that time all windows were rolled up and in good condition. Lavin did not give anyone
permission to enter the vehicle. That same day at approximately 2300 hours, Lavin came back and discovered the
DMG1) driver side rear window got smashed. ( STN1- 13) Items were missing from the vehicle.

Lavin was unaware of any security camera that might have captured the incident.

I asked Lavin if he wanted his vehicle

processed for fingerprints and he declined, I notified Sgt. Ozol # 2358.

1 faxed a copy of the report to SID.

I issued RV1- 3 a follow up form with the case number and Marsy' s Card.
