On Friday, August 18, 2023 I, Officer D Zoelzer was contacted in reference to a pedestrian crash.
through my investigation found that a pedestrian is believed to have been sitting in the middle eastbound
lane of the 3500 blk of W Wadley Ave and was struck by a vehicle traveling in that lane.

On 08/18/23, at approximately 0030 hours, Sergeant A. Poe requested CSI S. Barrera respond to 3500 W. Wadley
Avenue in reference to an auto pedestrian accident.
a vehicle
was east bound on Wadley Avenue when it came into contact with a pedestrian who was sitting down in the street.
the driver as Zachary Lujan (DOB: ) and the pedestrian as Elizabeth Ramirez
(DOB: 03/25/00).

one vehicle was observed running but parked in the middle lane. This vehicle was
identified as a white Volkswagen Jetta bearing LP: (VIN:
a dent underneath the front license plate, near the front bumper, was observed.
