2. What talents and skills fo you have that can be shared or used when you become a full pledge
teacher?

The most important skills as a full-fledged teacher is to be tactful. When a student complains that they
want to turn in a one month missing assignment, I hold my tongue. When an administrator or leader has
a task that is mundane, I hold my tongue and power through with grace. When a parent is complaining
that their kid does not have enough support, I bargain with them. Being tactful in the education world is
crucial because there is not enough resources however everyone deserve all of your resources therefore
you need to be judicious to succeed.

Activity 3 - Bill of Rights

1. Examine the Bill of Rights in Article III of the 1987 Phil. Constitution. Do you think all teachers are
enjoying their rights as citizens?

- Of course teachers are enjoying their right as a citizen but there's no assurance that everyone of them
experiences the same. Because some are in an unfortunate conditions where there are factors that are
hindering them to enjoy their rights.

2. What is opinion about teachers joining anti government rallies?

- The idea that teachers somehow owe governments something and shouldn't protest because they're
ultimately enjoyed by government organisations, is ridiculous.

Activity 4- My teachers

1. Who among your former teachers have greatly influenced you to become a teacher?

Teachers of all walks of life and subjects have the ability to shape opinions and help form ideas about
society, life and personal goals. Teachers can also expand students' limits and push their creativity.
Teaching is a tough job, but it is one where you can make the most impact in another person's life. Many
teachers discover that their love of children draws them to teaching, or that their own love of learning
makes them passionate about teaching.

Some teachers enter the profession because they're eager to make a difference—people tend to
remember their teachers for an entire lifetime, long after school is over.One of the reasons for
becoming a teacher is to contribute to your community in a meaningful way. Teaching is one of the most
direct ways to make an impact, and if you are driven by the desire to help those around you, being a
teacher is an invaluable contribution.You achieve this by being kind, caring, empathic, passionate and
funny.

- Broken down into its components, Content Knowledge refers to the body of information and skills that
are relevant to a particular subject. Pedagogy encompasses specific teaching approaches and strategies
that support student learning. Pedagogy is important because it gives teachers an insight into the best
practices for a classroom setting.

(7) Personal Growth and Professional Development.

- Personal and professional development gives you a competitive edge in a crowded workforce, helping
differentiate yourself and stand out to future employers. It can also help you realise any leadership
qualities and capability you may have, and potentially widening your job search and opportunities
available. To create a personal growth and professional development plan, start by defining your results
and motivation.

2. Why are Domains 2 to 6 Consider the teachers as facilitators of learning?

- Teachers are creating opportunities for students to work in groups, collaborate, experiment, discuss
and revise. With students at the center of their learning, teachers are becoming more of a support
person guiding their progress and learning. This has also led to more data driven decision making.

3. How can teachers become global teachers?


- the increasing global interdependence between peoples and nations. abilities to communicate with
others. awareness of the rights and duties of individuals, social groups and nations towards each other.

- The phrase learning environment refers to the way a classroom environment is set up.

- Diverse Learners include children and students of all abilities from racially, ethnically, culturally, and

- Curriculum is a standards-based sequence of planned experiences where students practice and achieve
proficiency in content and applied learning skills.
