S.3 & S.5 END OF TERM 2 2023 CIRCULAR

Dear parent / guardian,
Receive warm regards from the Merryland family.
- Today Thursday 17th August, 2023 marks the end of Term II. Praise unto the Almighty God
for His providence and sustenance throughout the term.
- We appreciate you for supporting our children and diligence in fees payment.
- We extend our heartfelt condolences to those that have lost their loved ones and our
sympathies to those that are going through different difficulties May God comfort and
strengthen you.

a) REPORTING FOR TERM 11I, 2023:

Students shall report for Third term on Monday, September 18TH, 2023. Between 8:00am
and 5:00pm.

b) SPIRITUAL AND COUNSELING SERVICES.

The Counseling and chapel programmes coupled with motivation speakers have proved
beneficial to our students’ challenges.

c) HEALTH
All students are encouraged to undergo thorough medical examination.

d) DISCIPLINE
The discipline of our students has been good save for a few exceptional cases that were
handled by the Disciplinary committee.

e) UNIFORM.
- All school uniforms are obtained from school.
- All Uniforms that shall be found to have been tampered with shall be replaced at the
student’s cost.
- Non-Uniform material shall not be allowed in School and shall be confiscated at owner’s
risk.
- All students MUST trim their hair to lower brush level.
- Students are required to wear black closed shoes.

f) CO-CURRICULAR
- We conducted MDD inter house competitions in which England House emerged the Winner
and was a warded a bull. The runners-up were also given a bull to motivate them.

g) ACADEMICS:
 Teaching .
- The report card bears several sets of exams done in the course of the Term.

 End of term package

- Every continuing student has been issued with;
(a) Holiday work which must be done and presented on reporting for Term III.
(b) A school circular.
(c) An Academic Report card which bears a School seal and stamp.

h) SCHOOL FEES
 ALL school dues shall be paid by the start of the term.
All school dues MUST be paid in the Bank using your child’s School Pay Code or through
the account numbers below.
 NO CASH PAYMENT is allowed at school and whoever does so does it at his/her own risk.

 Obtain and keep proof of submission of reams of paper and toilet paper (Tissue) for future
reference.
