Summary of Strengths and areas for growth
Strengths: Overall, I think I do a great job at implementing most of these leadership skills in
my classroom and at my school. I feel confident in most of these areas to be able to have
independent leadership and easily apply what I have learned about leadership. I feel as if I
have adequate knowledge in the majority of these areas to support my teaching practices,
students, families, & colleagues.

Areas for growth: Most of these skills/domains, I find myself in the “applying” area. I would
love to grow to see how I can integrate and innovate these skills in my teaching practice & as
an educator. I would love to contribute to the greater education communities with these
leadership skills.
