Overall, I believe I know my students’ needs and have found effective ways to support their
learning. I have established routines and structures that make students feel safe and
productive. I am in regular communication with parents and work collaboratively with them
to support their children in their areas of needs. I would like to grow in assessing students,
doing my own research to improve my practice, and building my professionalism by
collaborating with colleagues more often.
