Summary of Strengths and areas for growth
Despite the massive amount of growth I’ve seen recently in a variety of areas, I still believe
there is so much more growth to be made and am very excited for the future. My strengths
include adapting, learning, being open, collaborating, and having so much more room for
growth. I feel like I am improving in a variety of ways and don’t feel comfortable or like I’ve
mastered anything. I still feel like I can improve in being a leader overall, and I feel very new
as a leader so I feel like I have so much to grow and learn about. I’m excited for the future and
for the ability to improve.
