“Living Across the Margin; A stressed free life.

Are you stressed out? Do you feel like you're always on edge?
You may be suffering from stress.

Our society is plagued with stress, unhappy with their jobs,

marriages, and family life.

In Proverbs, the Bible says that happiness comes from living a

“righteous” life. Proverbs 12:28

Stress is a common of life today, but when it becomes

overwhelming, it can cause physical and emotional problems.
Know their priorities. Make right choices in their life. Right
priorities help them to focus.

Stress affects everyone differently. However, there are some

things we can do to help manage our stress levels. First, try to
identify the source of your stress. Is it work related? Family
related? Financial related? If you find yourself constantly worrying
about something, take steps to address the issue. This will help
reduce your stress

1. Look for Jesus not to stress

these things shall be added to you.”
James 1:2-3

katatagan.

The Good News: Look at stress as a blessing because it allows

you to see your faith in God and learn perseverance to overcome
challenges in the future.

Luke 21:19
kaluluwa.

will reap benefits.

na kailangang makipaglaban pa.”

that the Lord is fighting your hardships for you and alongside you.

2. Believe in Jesus for not stress

The Good News: Give your full heart and trust to God, and he
will guide you on the right path in any difficult situation. He will not
steer you wrong.

Psalm 23:4
akin.

The Good News: Even in the darkest of times God will lead you
to comfort and the light with his grace and guidance.

3. Relax in Jesus for not stress

Matthew 11:28-30

kapahingahan. 29 Pasanin ninyo ang aking pamatok at matuto
kayo sa akin sapagkat ako'y maamo at may mababang loob.
Makakatagpo kayo sa akin ng kapahingahan 30 sapagkat
madaling dalhin ang aking pamatok at magaan ang pasaning
ibibigay ko sa inyo.”

The Good News: The journey you are going through may be long
and hard, but you will find rest in God's loving arms at the end.

Isaiah 41:10

Huwag kang matakot, sapagka't ako'y sumasaiyo; huwag kang

manglupaypay, sapagka't ako'y iyong Dios; aking palalakasin ka;
The Good News: The Bible tells you again and again that God
