The Completers were greatly satisfied with the kind of recognition that the school gave. The
objective was properly met.

Narrative Report:
Moving up is a milestone for every student. Committed to protecting the health and
welfare of learners, teachers, personnel, and parents, the Department of Education is not allowing any
face-to-face moving up and graduation rate for SY 2020-2021 scheduled within this week if July 12-16
2021. Schools and community learning centers are instead encouraged to prepare a short virtual

program that will run in less than two hours to consider the amount of mobile data that will be
consumed and the internet connectivity of the involved learners.
To highlight the efforts of our learners, teachers, and personnel in championing education
amidst the public health situation in this school year, Baseco National high School held its Virtual
Moving Up Ceremony on July 16, 2021, via Facebook live.
