Program Activity First General Assembly

Parents’ Orientation on Oplan Balik Eskwela
Facilitators Lorna E. Bonjangin, PhD /All Teachers of Josefa V. Ycasiano Memorial School
Objectives 1. The objectives of the said activity are to:
a. orient parents of school activities, programs and projects;
b. understand DepEd Order Nos. 21., s. 2019 and DO. No. 34, s.2022
and school policies on the opening of classes;
c. encourage support and participation in the Brigada Eskwela, Brigada
Pagbasa and Oplan Balik-Eskwela;
d. address issues and concerns.

Key Result The parents’ orientation is a platform to disseminate information
for the Oplan Balik-Eskwela. To ensure the support of the internal
and external stakeholder among the upcoming projects, plans
and activities of the school.

Lesson/s Learned/ Josefa V. Ycasiano Memorial School under the leadership of School Principal,
Recommendation
Dr. Lorna E. Bojangin, spearheaded orientation of Parents in Preparation for the
Opening of Face to Face Classes for School Year 2022-2023. The objective of this
orientation is to go over the necessary steps that must be taken before pupils
return to school safety. The launching of Brigada Pagbasa with the Proyektong
Kubook it will help the learner to fight the learning gaps specially the reading ability
of the learners. The positive and continued participation of parents and other
stakeholders who attended the meeting show good insights and success of the
school be foreseen ahead.
