means excelling in both personal and professional responsibilities and knowing how to mange yourself.

MAZAMO TRADERS (MT)


The management at Mzamo Traders invited a motivational speaker to do a
presentation at their workplace. Employees were told to accept and love themselves
unconditionally, and also to confront what they find difficult to accept about
themselves. MT introduces new ways to deal with different situations.

2.1 Quote TWO ways in which people can increase their self-confidence
from the scenario above. (5)
People can increase self-confidence by accepting and loving themselves
unconditionally.

2.2 Recommend ways in which people can adapt to change. (6)


People can adapt to change by confronting what they find difficult to accept about themselves, accepting that
change is an integral part of life and demonstrating a willingness to do things differently.

The importance of setting goals is to allow ourselves to create a vision of how we would like our life to be and set

People can adapt to change by practicing self-reflection, examining their beliefs, assumptions, and expectations,
embracing a learning mindset and an aproach change
