Dear Mr. Rezaul,

In reference to the letter of show-cause dated October 22, 2023, and your explanation dated
October 25, 2023, thereto, please be informed that your explanation has been found
unsatisfactory. The management has decided to enquire into the charges brought against
you. A Committee of enquiry comprising of the following members is hereby constituted to
investigate into the matter and submit a comprehensive report to the undersigned on or
before November 13, 2023.

The enquiry will be held on November 08, 2023 at 10am at BIHQ-2 (Plot # 56/A, Block # C,
Umme Kulsum Road, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka.
You are advised to attend the enquiry at the appointed date and time with all of your
witnesses & documents if any. In the enquiry you will be given full opportunity to defend
yourself. Should you fail to appear before the enquiry committee as per schedule, the
enquiry shall proceed ex-party and action as deem appropriate shall be taken against you.
