STRUCTURAL DWG CORRECTIONS – SINTHAMATHAR ILLAM

1. Project code : VJ – SD – 2023-24 (Page -1 : Column layout and details - Sheet 1/2):
i. J1 – C8 : Given 4.5” distance moving from mid-point towards West side but actual
moving distance is 1.5” (As per elevation and loading points).
ii. M7 – C2 : Given 4.5” distance moving from mid-point towards West side but actual
moving distance is 3” (As per elevation and loading points)
iii. J1 – C8 : 7.5” distance moving towards North side from the mid-point of the column
(Not specified in the structural drawing).
iv. B5 – C7 & B7 – C7 : 1.5” distance moving towards West side from the mid-point of the
column (Not specified in the structural drawing).
2. Project code : VJ – SD – 2023-24 (Page -3: Foundation layout and details - Sheet 1/3):
i. In N-4 point given F2/C5 but the planned column is C6 instead of C5 as per the column
design plan.
ii. In D-7 point given F3/C4 but the planned column is C3 instead of C4 as per the column
design plan.
iii. Footing F3 & F4 overlaps for 1.5” . Please see the reference image attached below

i. In Footing schedule, The total no. of F3 footing is 12 nos and not 13nos (As per footing
layout plan).
ii. In Footing schedule, The total no. of F4 footing is 4 nos and not 3nos (As per footing
layout plan).
4. As per column design the room dimension differs from the initial design plan for the Master
Bedroom Toilet and dressing room in both floors.
Given dimension (Master Bedroom Area):
i. Toilet Room size = 10’ x 7’8”
ii. Dressing Room size = 10’ x 8’
Actual dimension (Master Bedroom Area):
i. Toilet Room size = 9’9” x 7’8”
ii. Dressing Room size = 9’9” x 9’

(Note the overall width of the M.Bed room is 17’ – The excess 1’ can be included in
either Toilet or Dressing Room area).

5. As per column design the Living room dimension differs from the initial design plan in both
floors.
Given dimension (Living Hall Area):
i. Living Room size = 14’9” x 11’9”
Actual dimension (Living Hall Area):
i. Living Room size = 14’ x 11’9”

(Note the Living hall size varies as per the column design and its loading).
