Chev’s auto store was found (2) years ago on November 4, 2020. I started out as a small buying and
selling cars business which expanded very quickly because of our small team good service. We also
repair all types of vehicles from old to newest and sell cars in good condition.

COMPANY DISCRIPTION

At Chev’s auto store our vison is to establish a business where we can employe more mechanics and
offer a better service along with newer vehicles to the public in ST. Ann in a small-town call Brownstown.

Our mission is to provide more work for more professional and provide the public and customers with
better goods and service such as keep and ensuring our customers vehicles are in good condition and
provide the public with the latest and top-class brand vehicles.

PRODUCT/ SERVICE

Chev’s auto store is in the line of the business to make profits and will ensure that we do all that is
permitted by law to achieve our aims and ambitions of the settings up of the business.

Products and service offered includes but not limited to:

General repairs and replacing automotive engines.

Performing general automotive repairs.

Repairing and place brakes, mufflers, transmission, etc.

Selling of vehicles that are new and in good condition.

Performing wheel alignments and other repair and maintenance services.

Statement of problem:
Trey Smith was living with his parents and went abroad to work and decided to make his own
house on a piece of land his father gave to him.
Condition of design
This house is four-bedroom two master bedrooms includes two smaller bedrooms and 1 kitchen
and a living room along with two bathrooms and a octagonal shaped veranda. This house is
rectangular in shape with the front rooms octagonal shape. This house has a combination of hip
and gable roof, this house is built on a loam solid land.
Justification of design
The house is rectangular in shape and is 10000mm long and 15000mm wide.
Both master bedrooms are 4000mm long and 4700mm wide and both master bedrooms contain a
walking closet with same size 850 mm long and 2600mm wide. Both rooms also have windows
the same size at the front 1000mm and is also the same size of the side windows on both rooms.
Both of the smaller rooms are the same size 3333mm long and 4700mm wide and both bedrooms
contain a walking closet which is the same size 2600mm wide and 850mm long. The windows
on the rooms are the same side 1000mm, on the side of the room and the back of the room has
the same size windows. The house contains two bathrooms which is the same size 2700mm long
and 3500mm wide, the windows of the bathroom is 800mm long and 900mm heigh. The kitchen
is 2900mm wide and 4500mm wide and the living room is 4500mm wide and 4900mm long.
Veranda size is 4500mm wide and 2325mm long. This roof is mixture of hip and gable roof, the
measurement of the roof is 10900mm by 150900mm, Rafters 25mm by 50mm and 15900mm
long, fascia board 25mm by 200mm and 10800mm long, the ridge board is 50mm by 150mm
and 12800mm long. The foundation is 900mm deep and was made with steel and concert,
measurement 300mm heigh and 450mm wide, it is made of screed 25mm, concrete 150mm,
hardcore 300mm, earth with foundation below.
