Define Mindfulness
Mindfulness can be when you are aware of your surroundings.
Mindfulness can be when you're focused on what you're doing.
Mindfulness can be when you accept and treat yourself with respect and kindness.
Mental health is based around your thought process and feelings which can either positively or negatively
impact you. For example, bad mental health would be if there’s plenty of stress, depression, hatred,
doubt/lack of trust in your life then talking to someone and sharing your thoughts might help. A positive
mental health and wellbeing would be if you're feeling relaxed, not overwhelmed, and joyful. This can
positively impact your daily life.
