3. The study results for Von Mises stress are displayed in Figures 2 and below. The value
range is depicted on the right side of the picture.

Figure 2: Von Mises Stress contour under empty tank condition

The connecting area between the upper the upper frame and the wheel frame has the
highest value of Von Mises Stress, which is 7.544 e+03 Nmm2. The dark blue highlighted
zone represents the lowest value of Von Stress, which is 0 N/mm2.
4. Figure 3 demonstrate the study outcomes in terms of consequent displacement. The value
range is depicted on the right side of the picture.

Figure 3 : Displacement contour under empty tank

The red highlighted region shown the maximum value of displacement which is 1.004 e-

which is 0 mm

5. Figure 4 demonstrate the study outcomes in terms of safety factor. The value range is
depicted on the right side of the picture

Figure 4: Safety factor contour under empty tank

Under empty tank conditions, the tower frame has a safety factor of 60.
CONCLUSION

In comparison to analysis 1 and 2 has the lowest safety factor, the highest maximum Von
Mises Stress, and the largest displacement value. The design is acceptable: it can work
properly and complete the task. As a result, it is reasonable and appropriate to make.

CONCLUSION

In comparison to analysis 1 and 2 has the lowest safety factor, the highest maximum Von
Mises Stress, and the largest displacement value. The design is acceptable: it can work
properly and complete the task. As a result, it is reasonable and appropriate to make.
