INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consultation Agreement is made this 13 day of March, 2023, between Regulated
Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Catherine Menancio (the “RCIC”), Membership
Number R712425 and Client On-Jee (the “Client”), for the purpose of:

 Learning about you and your immigration needs based on the information you provide,
specifically attaining a student visa.
 Answering your questions to the best of my ability.
 Identifying your options, school of choice and discuss with you the advantages of each.
 Providing you with the necessary information to assist you in what course of action you
wish to take.
 Determining the next steps in the process, as mutually agreed upon.

The Client is obliged to pay a fee of: (PLEASE SELECT APPROPRIATE OPTION)

FREE (0$): 30 Minutes FIFTY DOLLARS (50$): 1 HOUR

These fees will represent professional fees in relation to the matters mentioned in "PURPOSE"
above and will be paid upon signing of this Initial Consultation Agreement and prior to
commencing the consultation.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Alberta, and
the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Please be advised that Catherine Menancio is a member in good standing of the College of
Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of
Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Catherine Menancio is not a partner, intermediary nor a representative of the Government of
Canada. All your data in these forms is never sold or exchanged with any third-party
organizations. All information and documents that you provide to us at the initial consultation
shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or otherwise provided under the
College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants' Code of Professional Ethics.

Following the initial consultation, if you agree to retain me, and if I agree to provide services to
you, then I will prepare a separate, more detailed Service Agreement to be executed by both
parties. The new Service Agreement will supersede this Initial Consultation Agreement and will
set forth the terms and conditions of my representation of you, including my fees and the specific
services to be performed by us.
