We Madras Security Printers are interested in participating in the Digi Yarta Tender, having a PAN India presence, and having
global work exposure.

In above Mention Tender Minimum Eligibility Criteria (Para.3.1.17) Page 26 - Mentation that

The Bidder must submit credential letters from 2 or more airport customers worldwide, specifying that the make of
Biometric Gates proposed for this project are installed at their airport and have average uptime of 99.5% or better.

Digi Yarta has been implemented by AAI in Indian airports for the past 2 or 3 years and above. The highlighted clause restricts
Indian companies from participating in this tender.

In this RFP, AAI mentions Make in India product with a Class-I local supplier, but this RFP aslo restricts its own Indian
companies from participating in this bid and gives an opportunity for foreign vendors to participate.
