    Critical Covenants SPV will be incorporated as a Section 8 company under the Companies Act 2013
    The financial assistance will be limited to 75% of the project cost.
    Land - to be infused by Bidder
    Building - 20% of Project Cost
    Test equipment, installation, training - 80% of Project Cost
    Project Cost excludes Land Value

    Eligibility Criteria for Bidder Should be a JV/Consortium of 5 members


    Each partner should not exceed 40% of total share
    There should be a lead member
    Out of 5, 3 members should be in existence for 3 years
    Each member should have a +ve networth
    Project Land should be owned or have a lease of atleast 30 years

    Work Experience (Combined) Experience in carrying out assignments such as R&D/ Testing of Electronic Warfare Systems test in the last 7 years.
    3 completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the project cost OR
    2 completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the project cost OR,
    1 completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the project cost

    Financial Parameters (Combined) The Average Annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years (i.e. 2017-18, 2018-19 & 2019-20) shall be
    equivalent to 100% of the Project cost
    Revenue generation From fees collected for the various tests conducted
    As per Annexure
    Tests and Equipments to be installed
    Estimated Project Cost 20 – 50 crore
