Looking at the table, I learned some important things for when I become a teacher. It's essential
to find a balance between using rewards and punishments and encouraging students to be motivated on
their own. Understanding that students learn in different ways, I know I need to adapt my teaching to fit
everyone's needs. I also see that having rules is important, but it's equally crucial to let students have some
say in how things go. As a teacher, I'll try to mix different teaching ideas, like games and group activities,
but I'll make sure they all work together to help students learn better. Overall, I learned that being flexible,
inclusive, and planning carefully are key to making a positive and fun learning space for everyone
