[Meaning] In case DOX-100 PCB is not applied to CP, it detects a fault as checking [Countermeasures]
from mechanical switches to pit switch.
1. Verify that DIP SW2 of SPEC2 is off position.
2. Key in A21E on annunciator to check the data of address 8005
(Normal : 01).
[Explanation]
3. Key in A21E on annunciator to check the data of address 82C1
it detects a fault if any mechanical switch on hoistway and safety signal (Normal : 01).
is ‘OFF’ condition. If data is ’00’, check the E stop switch on OPB.
4. Check the voltage at each connector. (Be careful of 110V)
GRS(01~02), LSU(01~02, FLS), LSD(01~02,FLS),
Y1(01,11,12,02), HSAF(04,05,07), GRS(09)
It must be 110Vac ±10%
5. Replace DOC-140 PCB, DCL PCB.

[Explanation]
In case the difference that is more than 1mm in reading the value of R.E twice, occurs
more than 10 times, TCD is detected.
[Countermeasures]
[Meaning] In case that the case of changed value between R.E counter value read [Countermeasures]
in current cycle and in the previous cycle exceeds 3 times, and
1. Check SPEC data from address 0100H ~ 0112H of control
this exceeded value is continued for 150ms, the trouble is detected.

2. Check if R.E is out of function. (Refer to TCD 92)
[Explanation]
[Meaning] [Countermeasures]
Off detected from hoist way and safety circuit.
1. Verify that DIP SW2 of SPEC2 is ON position.

(Normal : 01).
[Explanation]

inputted at the same time. 1. Enter A21E in DOA-100 KEYPAD, and check data of
address 8064,82AD and 82AF for each electric diagram.
[Explanation] 2. Only one from above 3 input ports should be recognized as
“H”.
