Out of these, the person endowed with wisdom, who is ever


united with me invested with exclusive devotion, is
preeminent.

9.26 - patraṁ puṣhpaṁ phalaṁ toyaṁ yo me bhaktyā

If one endowed with devotion offers me a leaf, a flower, a


fruit, or water.

9.26 - prayachchhati tadahaṁ bhakty-upahṛitam aśhnāmi


prayatātmanaḥ

I accept the offering of such a pure-hearted person presented


with devotion.

12.17 - śhubh-āśhubha-parityāgī bhaktimān yaḥ sa me


priyaḥ

A person who renounces both good and evil deeds, who is


endowed with devotion, is dear to me.

12.19 - aniketaḥ sthira-matir bhaktimān me priyo naraḥ

Without attachment to the place of residence, whose intellect


is firmly fixed in me, and full of devotion to me, such a
person is very dear to me.

13.11 - mayi chānanya-yogena bhaktir avyabhichāriṇī


vivikta-deśha-sevitvam aratir jana-sansadi

Undeviating pure devotion unto me with exclusive
absorption, residence in a secluded place and non-
attachment to the association of worldly people.

14.26 - māṁ cha yo ’vyabhichāreṇa bhakti-yogena sevate sa


guṇān samatītya

A person who serves me alone through unalloyed devotion,


completely transcends the guṇas of nature.

18.54 - samaḥ sarveṣhu bhūteṣhu mad-bhaktiṁ labhate


parām

Being equal to all beings, one attains supreme devotion to


me.

18.68 - bhaktiṁ mayi parāṁ kṛitvā mām evaiṣhyaty


asanśhayaḥ

Executing supreme devotion to Me, they come to me alone,


without doubt.

2.49 - buddhau śharaṇam anvichchha

Seek refuge in divine knowledge and insight.

9.18 - gatir bhartā prabhuḥ sākṣhī nivāsaḥ śharaṇaṁ suhṛit

I am the goal, the sustainer, master, the witness, the abode,


the refuge and the friend.

18.62 - tam eva śharaṇaṁ gachchha sarva-bhāvena

Surrender unto īśhvaraḥ alone whole heartedly.

18.66 - mām ekaṁ śharaṇaṁ vraja

Surrender unto me alone.

Smaranam in Bhagavad Gita

8.5 - anta-kāle cha mām eva smaran muktvā kalevaram

At the time of death remembering me while leaving the body.

8.6 - yaṁ yaṁ vāpi smaran bhāvaṁ tyajatyante kalevaram

Whatever one remembers upon giving up the body at the


time of death.

Paramātmā in Bhagavad Gita

6.7 - jitātmanaḥ praśhāntasya paramātmā samāhitaḥ

The yogī who has conquered his mind and who is perfectly
serene, remains intently fixed in meditation on the
Paramātmā.

13.23 - paramātmeti chāpy ukto dehe ’smin puruṣhaḥ paraḥ

Within the body resides the Supreme Lord and the


Paramātmā.

13.32 - anāditvān nirguṇatvāt paramātmāyam avyayaḥ

The Paramātmā is imperishable, without beginning, and


devoid of any material qualities.

15.17 - uttamaḥ puruṣhas tv anyaḥ paramātmety udāhṛitaḥ

Different from these two puruṣhas is the Supreme Self who is


called Paramātmā.
