Throughout my academic career, I have demonstrated a dedication to learning and a drive for
excellence. I recently graduated with a bachelor in business management from Diponegoro
university where I gained a solid theoretical foundation in economy. My few work
experiences,has equipped me with a deep understanding of work environment

While my academic experience has provided me with a strong theoretical background, I am

eager to gain practical, hands-on experience to complement my education. The Trainee
position at Deloitte aligns perfectly with my career aspirations, as it offers a comprehensive
training program and the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals. I am confident
that the training, mentorship, and real-world exposure provided by Deloitte will allow me to
grow both personally and professionally.

During my time at Diponegoro university, I actively participated in MKGR, MKGR adalah salah
satu ormas di bawah salah satu partai terbesar di indonesia (GOLKAR). These experiences
have honed my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. I have also had the
opportunity to work on team projects, collaborating with individuals from diverse
backgrounds, which has enhanced my ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment.

I am particularly drawn to Deloitte due to its stellar reputation for innovation, commitment to
employee development, and positive work culture. I admire the company's dedication to
economic world, and I am eager to contribute to its ongoing success. By joining Deloitte as a
Trainee, I am confident that I will be exposed to challenging projects, gain valuable industry
