1.0 INTRODUCTION
COMPANY (Pertamina Hulu Rokan/PHR) requests CONTRACTOR (PT. Rekayasa
Engineering - Multi Karadiguna Jasa) to perform Pre-FEED of North Duri Development
Area 14 Phase 2 (Stage 3,4 and 5) EOR Steamflood.
Pre-FEED activities for the following multi disciplines: process, civil, mechanical, piping,
instrument, electrical, project management and operation assurance/readiness. The
scope of NDD Area-14 Phase 2 stage 3, 4, and 5 facilities consist of 147 wells, main road
& access road location, pipe corridors, power distribution facility, pigging facility, PWT skid,
bridges & canal.
Duri Field is located approximately 117 kilometers to the North of Pekanbaru City. Duri
Field was discovered in 1941 and started the primary production in 1955. The steamflood
EOR of Area 1 PK started in 1985 and continues to develop for the next areas up to Area
12 at 2008 and Area 13 at 2013. Currently, more than 10,000 wells have been drilled in
Duri field and have been developed into 13 development areas with an estimated
productive area of around 121 km2. The reservoirs in Duri Field have depth variation of
200 - 900 feet consisting of the Rindu, First, Second, and Baji-Jaga-dalam formations. The
Duri Steam Flood (DSF) field is the largest thermal enhanced oil recovery project in
Indonesia and located in Wilayah Kerja (WK).

The production and injection profile prediction method for the development of the NDD
Area 14 Phase-2 : Stage-3, 4, 5 (hereinafter referred to as PROJECT) project use the
Depletion Rate Model or the Steamflood Model. The initial process carried out is to
determine analog areas and regions based on the similarity of static and dynamic
properties, pattern size, target reservoir, steamflood maturity and analog surface facilities.
A12 (Area-12) is suitable area to be modeled and used for determining the performance
of A14 because they are still in one reservoir which is located in the up-dip Area 14 and
has the same development pattern, moreover the A14 facility will be connected to the A12
facility so that it will have a steam source with the same facility line as A12.
The initial development of NDD Area 14 Phase 2 stage 3,4,5 will cover following wells

2.0 OBJECTIVES
This document defines the Mechanical Equipment List Pre-FEED of the NDD-14 phase 2
(stage 3, 4 and 5) facilities. The Mechanical Equipment list has been developed based
on Equipment Sizing, Process Datasheet.
