1(a)During the admission in IAA my insight is as;
when I arrived during admission I firstly met with the department of receiver that was faculty of
information that were needed to feed up the username and and the index number that was registered
during creation of account. And that faculty of information had to be fed up with attachments which
was form six result, form 4 certificate, birth certificate and the medical form. Also the department had
program that I have selected and confirmed that had program name duration of the program and my
index number as the selected student. The faculty of information also had the payments that had been
giving out the control number and there were filled the index number of a selected student. In payments
there were pay in slip that should be registered to confirm the fee payments. And after payments were
assigned to our specialized program that we got the form to fill sponsors names, signature and index
number also passports. After we got registered and generated wind the registration number and
password for accessing moodle and Wi-Fi for internet studying.

(e)the below diagram showing that the registration number was made from the registration during the
program assigning that it became the primary key to administration so the the registration number has
show us the inferential of integrity in our admission system

(f)the database has the relation with the database system that database is the collected structured
information where as the system is the structure that draw out the fetching of data and store what is
needed in a certain manner arrangement as the above er-diagram shows out the students admission
database for each student and allow the student to get in and going through in education since has
registered all the important information to the IAA systems

(g)some threats that can affect the database systems are as;
>unauthorized access
>malware like viruses and ransomware
>data breaches due to weak authentication methods

other threats can be;

>theft
>natural disasters
>accidents

measures on the threats can be;

improving the robust security such encryption,access control,regular security audits,employee
training,backing up data regularly and storing backup in secure location,monitoring the system for
suspicious activities, and keeping software and security protocols up to date and finally maintaining the
database integrity ensuring data protection
