CONCLUSION

In light of information gathering and research, the purpose of this study is to investigate "
The Effects of Anxiety to the Focus and Productivity of the Students in Grade 10- Alexandrite
". The researcher wants to learn how anxiety affects Grade 10-Alexandrite students in a
variety of ways, including how it interferes with their ability to concentrate and be
productive. According to the research, A student's academic performance, social
relationships, and general well-being can all be negatively impacted by anxiety. To gather
comprehensive data on the effects of anxiety the researcher will need to employ various
data collection tools, including quantitative and qualitative methods. It is also intended to
include both thematic and graphical analysis in this research. The researcher selected the
Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School (MOGHS) as the site for this study, mainly
in Grade 10-Alexandrite. The primary participants in the study will also be selected using a
survey methodology. A survey will be the primary tool used in the data-collecting process, and
interviews will be used to gather the qualitative information the researcher requires. One of the
most important aspects of research is this.

To investigate the Effect of Anxiety on the Focus and Productivity of Grade 10-Alexandrite
students, the researcher will gather information from a variety of sources to examine how
worry affects Grade 10- Alexandrite students' ability to concentrate and be productive.
According to earlier research, some students may experience anxiety as a barrier to their
academic success. One perspective suggests that practicing self-care activities such as
exercise, mindfulness, and getting enough sleep can reduce anxiety , allowing them to
manage their stress levels and where they feel most comfortable. While the majority of
students are dealing with anxiety In the second passage, the participant emphasized the
importance of staying calm, breaking down situations into smaller tasks, and taking regular
breaks to manage anxiety in high-pressure situations. In addition, the respondent mentioned
there are no advantages while dealing with anxiety and it can be a difficult and challenging
experience, anxiety can have a negative impact on a person's mental health, physical health,
relationships, work performance, and overall quality of life. One of the negative effects,
according to the participant, is that it can also affect physical health by causing muscle tension,
headaches, stomach problems, and other physical symptoms. It can also interfere with daily
activities and tasks, such as work, school, and social interactions. In response to the third
question, the participant emphasized the importance of self-care, such as practicing
mindfulness and physical activities, and positive self-talk to manage anxiety. The majority of
students preferred seeking professional aid, according to the responder, it can aid in managing
anxiety and developing coping strategies. Overall, the participant shares various strategies they
use to manage anxiety in high-pressure situations and prioritize self-care in their personal and
professional life. They suggest breaking down overwhelming situations into smaller tasks, taking
deep breaths, practicing mindfulness and meditation, engaging in physical activity, and seeking
professional help from a mental health professional. They also emphasize the importance of
focusing on mental and physical health, taking regular breaks, and practicing positive self-talk.
Additionally, they advise seeking help from a supervisor or human resources if experiencing
anxiety in the workplace and being honest with oneself and a therapist when seeking
professional help for anxiety.

Obtained from each of the respondents' responses, it appears that anxiety can negatively
impact the productivity and focus of Grade 10-Alexandrite students. However, strategies such as
self-care activities, mindfulness, and seeking professional help can effectively manage anxiety
and improve their ability to concentrate and be productive. The participant in the study
emphasized the importance of self-care, breaking down overwhelming situations, and seeking
professional aid in managing anxiety. According to recent research, a significant factor in
predicting an individual's success in a high-pressure situation is their ability to effectively
manage and channel their anxiety.
RECOMMENDATION

The researcher's recommendation to students for managing anxiety is to practice self-care and
mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing exercises and meditation, while also maintaining
a daily routine and keeping track of important tasks and deadlines to reduce feelings of
overwhelm and increase a sense of control.

The researcher's recommendation for teachers is to create a classroom environment that is


supportive and understanding of students' anxiety, which includes providing reassurance,
empathy, and accommodations as needed. Teachers can also utilize evidence-based strategies
such as mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and relaxation techniques to help
students manage their anxiety and promote a positive learning experience.

The researcher's recommendation for fellow researchers studying anxiety is to ensure that their
research question is clearly defined and relevant to current knowledge gaps in the field.
Additionally, researchers should strive to develop and refine their research techniques, including
using appropriate and validated measures for assessing anxiety, analyzing data using statistical
methods, and conducting thorough literature reviews to contextualize their findings. A strong
foundation in these research practices can help ensure that the results of their work contribute
meaningfully to the field of anxiety research.
