Session Title: Detailed discussion of Objectives 1 in the RPMS for Proficient

Teachers.
Date: October 13, 2023 (Friday) Time and Duration: 2 hours
Facilitator: All Master Teachers assigned to different departments
Participants: Teachers 1 to III across all departments
Learning Goal(s): To revisit indicator 1 of the RPMS for proficient teachers’
preparedness and deep understanding of the matter
Expected Outputs:

● Create a competency-based activities intended for within and across learning

areas on daily lesson log/plan

● Write a Reflection Journal based on the in-depth treatment of the indicator for

daily teaching

and across curriculum are indicated.
2. Answers to the following questions:
a. Is there any particular reason why
 integration was done within
curriculum on that particular topic
or MELCS and across other
learning areas?
b. What were the challenges and how
were they addressed?
