PRD-3-010 (Issue 2) Work Instructions For Staker - Line Reducers Updated
To ensure that all biscuits /crackers received from oven through cooling
conveyor are stacking properly in their lines, so that it will become easy for the feeders
of creamer machines /packing machines for further packing.

To set the stacker strips according to the type of biscuit to run, Monthly Production
Schedule (SAP T-Code ZPP_APVSR)
Use Proper PPEs (Safety Shoes, Gloves, Helmet & Face mask)
Keep the area in good hygiene condition
Always follow the safety signs
Check the foot stand before maintenance, operation & trouble shooting
5*5 activity should be followed at operation.
To check that biscuits are stacked properly in the Lines being received from the oven.
Check the reducer sensor, Web Pining, strips height, conveyor speed and star speed
prior to operational.
If the lines are not properly made, the stacker operator will adjust the Stacker Strips,
Conveyor and Speed of unit till the proper lines are made.
In case of any setting standard product will be collected into clean trays for further in
feeding.
Separate and Discard any oversized or abnormal biscuit from the standard of biscuits
with the help of long stick without touching the moving belt or other parts of
stacker.
Roller cleaning only be done when the machine is stopped.
Cleaning toll must be used for cleaning of rollers
Conveyor must be de-energized during its cleaning or maintenance by following
LOTO procedure.
