Logging into the new Agent Portal

1. To access the new Agent Portal, type in our Agent Portal address https://portal.allianz.com.my/main/ and press enter to load
the page.
URL for the Agent Portal (replace when correct URL is ready)

The web browser requirements needed to access the Agent Portal are:

First Time User to the Agent Portal?

You will need to be an Allianz registered agent in order to create a portal account. Please keep your Appointment Letter close to
you as you will need to refer to it for the details required during the account creation process.

Entering User Details
All information can be obtained from your

Welcome Letter.
You will need to key in your agent details in order to register for an agent
portal account.
In your welcome letter, you will be given an Agent Code in this format:

Once you have successfully keyed in your agent details, you will need to enter your User ID and your email address.
1 Remember! Once saved, you will not be able to change your User ID.
Your email is important as we will be sending the temporary password and other important information

to the email address saved.

A confirmation message indicating that your account has been successfully created. You should be receiving the Temporary
Password and Activation Code emails to your email account.

First time login

After you have entered the User ID and Email, a confirmation message that your account has been successfully created will
appear.
The Agent Portal will send an email with the temporary password to your email address. Check your mail for the temporary
password to log into your Agent Portal account.

Commonly Asked Questions:

a) Password format is invalid!
Remember that the password needs to have at least one Upper alphabet, lower alphabet, number and a special character.

b) I did not receive the Temporary Password email

The email is sent automatically by Agent Portal via cits.support@allianz.com.my. Kindly set in your email account not to block
emails from this address.
Also, the email sent out by our system may fall into your Junk/Spam mailbox.

Manage your Portal Account
To manage your portal account, first navigate to your Profile page
Click on Manage
Portal Account
You will be asked to enter your Secret Question and Secret Answer
It is important to get your Secret Question and Secret Answer right on the first time. As Portal will ask for
1 your secret answer when you reset your account, clear your login session (multiple login) or update your
profile.

1. Dashboard (Individual Life)

The Dashboard provides you with important information at a glance that will help you service your clients.
1. Navigation
The navigation allows you to quickly access different sections of the Agent Portal. If you have other lines of business, it will
allow you to switch between them.

6. Common Login Issued faced in Agent Portal

a) My agent code, agency or date join is invalid!
You may cross check the info with your welcome letter. Here are a few things to remember:
 To include a ‘-‘dash in your agent code when keying agent code. (i.e. 100005-1, not 1000051)
 Remember the format shown in the welcome letter is <AGENCY–BRANCH–AGENTCODE>
 Ensure that you are an appointed Allianz agent, kindly contact our Sales Admin for the confirmation of the
appointment.
b) I have forgotten my password.

You can reset your portal account to set a new password by clicking on the “Manage Your Password” link at the login
page

c) Help! My account is locked.

Your account will be locked if you have entered 3 incorrect passwords consecutively. Hence it is advisable to reset your
account on the second incorrect attempt.
If your account is locked, you will have to request for unlock of account by completing the Unlock ID Form and send the
form to our helpdesk at Imagine.Helpdesk@allianz.com.my.
d) It says that I am still logged in.

It happens if you did not properly logout from your agent portal. (did not click the ‘Logout’ button). To gain access back
to your portal, click on Manage Your Password.

You will be asked to confirm if you wish to continue logging in. This will log you out from your previous session. Any
unsaved info will be lost
e) I have forgotten the answer to my secret question! What should I do?

You can’t change your secret question and secret answer, if you have forgotten the answer to the secret question, you
will have to request for Helpdesk to reset your account for you.
Request for reset by submitting the unlock ID Form and email to Imagine.Helpdesk@allianz.com.my
f) My account is disabled and I couldn’t login.

Disabled account means that your agent status has been deactivated. Either you have resigned or were terminated due
to reasons. Kindly contact our Sales Admin staffs.
g) Whom should I contact if i am unable to login to Agent Portal?
