DAILY ACTIVITIES /SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utility:
 Maintain the cleanliness of the whole school
 Maintain various tools and equipment used in the course of work in a clean , orderly and safe working conditions
 Put and off all lights before and after office hours
 Throw garbage in the dumping area
 Conduct basic repairs on tables , chairs, and windows
 Report repair and maintenance needs to the school head
 Replace light fittings and broken water pipes and faucets
 Do errands for the school
 Perform basic landscaping duties including the trimming , weeding and watering of plants
 Perform other duties as assigned
 Maintain regular attendance

The above- mentioned person is hereby hired through MOOE funds to perform the duties and responsibilities enumerated
above for official and effective implementation of programs and projects by Deborok Elementary School under the
following terms and conditions.

 THAT employment under the herein job order does not entitle the worker to benefits enjoyed by the government
employees such as PERA/RATA 13th month pay Bonuses and a like
 THAT the person(s) herein hired.
 Has/have not been the subject of any administrative case nor has been previously dismissed from
the service ‘due to the commission of an administrative offense
 Is/are not covered under the rules of nepotism
 Is/are not being hired to perform the functions pertaining to vacant regular plantilla position
 Has/have not reached the compulsory retirement of sixty-five (65) years
