Prioritising Your Tasks

Utilising the Delegation Organiser document lesson, refer to the tasks that only you can
complete, and prioritise them in order of importance. A Priority tasks must be completed first,
B Priority completed second and C Priority tasks can be completed last. An example task for
each priority level has been given at the end of this document.

A PRIORITY
(These are high priority tasks that are important and must be completed first.
Do them now.)

B PRIORITY
(Medium priority tasks that are less urgent but must be addressed, move to the
middle of the list. Schedule time to do them.)

C PRIORITY
(Non-urgent tasks are often tasks that can be moved down the list. As these
tasks continue to move down the list, they will likely become more urgent tasks
to complete later in the day.)
