TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

2. The cost of the required bonds will be charged accordingly.
3. Price quoted on this proposal is for day time installation only from MONDAY to SATURDAY and there will be additional cost
of 650 pesos per cubicle for night shift installation and SUNDAY.
4. All prices are VAT inclusive.
5. One (1) year warranty for workmanship from date of completion. Jebsen will not be liable for any damages due to improper use or
accidental damages or any lost of installed items.
6. Two (2) years warranty on the materials from date of completion.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION:

a) The client should provide elevator for the hauling of materials. Electricity and water consumption should be provided by the
buyer.
b) All necessary works must be complete and furnish which includes; wall and floor tiles with grout, ceiling installed, painting
finished, granite for ledges and lavatory, water closet, urinals installed.
c) Any work permits and other requirements prior to the installation should be informed ahead of time.
d) Plan for the location at waterline should be furnish with the approval of In-Charge Engineer to avoid damages. In case of wrong
information, the client will shoulder damages.
e) All completed installation of panels done by us and damaged by other trades will be charged accordingly.
