The meeting started with opening prayer and praises by Sis Ikweokwu at 12:09pm.

The message for the meeting was handled by Bro. Adewole Ale. Luke 10:25-37 was the bible passages,
both figures want to get involved want to get to the kingdom of heaven. In each case, the areas Jesus
touched in their lives seems to be very precious to them. He said that the way we handled matters of
money today in the church has proved that we were not taking as a must in Christendom. He spoke
about what it costs Jesus before our salvation could be perfected.

Nehemiah 1:1-3. He said from ages, things have not been easy as regards doing quality works for God.
God is not always delighted when you give him something with ease. He reported that the
embarrassment the issue of money has been causing in the zone is immense. He added things would
prosper in the zone if we believe it would be done. He chronicled the issues of assemblies’ land in the
zone that needs urgent attention including zonal land at Itaogbolu. In the case of Nehemiah, he said the
king rose up to help because of the burning desire in the life of Nehemiah. He appreciated all and sundry
for our zeal when we started this zone. He advised that we should take this message home. He said that
we must all arise and do what touches our soul. He said the way to blessing is

The message was concluded with prayer by Pastor Olotu Ajakaye.

Remarks by zonal chairman

He appreciated all for their attendance at the leadership training.

He called out the number of participants from each assembly. Subsequently, he said we should brace
up, as regards attendance.

He also spoke about the need to be committed to giving because a huge reward awaits us. He
commended those that were faithful and loyal to our giving. He said those that were not doing well
should have a change of heart.

Reading of minutes

Obajuaye and Olubunmo moved for the adoption of the minutes.

CWC recommendation

1. Chairs at least ₦6000 and those who have were to pay immediately. New account number will
be uploaded on our platform.
2. National outreach: It was a huge success.
3. Leadership training: Participants were commended and the program was a huge success.
Absentees were told to change for better and take excuse in subsequent times. We were to
prepare for February, 2024 edition.
 4. Evangelist Owolabi son’s wedding: We were reminded about the wedding at Iroko on 27/28
October, 2023. Proper arrangements to be made for transportation.
5. Burial of Elder Ojo: It was coming up in November, 2023.
6. Bro Dahunsi: He was planning to join the workforce of the ministry. He has been in FUTA unit for
about a year and would resume again in champion unit for some time (specifically champion
assembly for observation while recommendation would be expected about him at the end). The
above was CWC observation.
7. Ibule: Efforts were in progress to purchase the assembly permanent land.
8. Odudu: The assembly was progressing and two plots of land were available for 1.4M.
9. Finance pro forma: Soft copy to be uploaded on our platforms.
10. Marriage committee: Thank God for September wedding. Bro Miracle and wife were restored
and prayed for after suspension.

11. Youth: Youth fasting and prayer holds as usual at champion assembly. Also, last November
ending is the yearly edition of youth outreach. We were to support the youths in our assembly
financially.
12. Teenagers: It was observed that some assemblies have no teenagers’ teacher. We were to
change for better. We were also to monitor admission seekers. Matured youth can also be used
as teenagers’ teacher. Teenagers’ teacher will go round assemblies next week and take over the
class. They thanked the zone for the support they received on May 27 and September 13
programs. It was suggested that they should have training materials.
13. Finance: We were told to be faithful as regards all our contributions.

Assembly report

1. Itaogbolu: We were to wake up about the fencing of the zonal land.

2. Omoniyi: In dire need of money to pay the available plot (1.5M).the zone was called upon to
support.
3. Isolo: It was reported that one of the members, Mummy Enikarlomo, has gone to rest on 23 rd
September, 2023 and will be buried on 7 th-8th December, 2023 at her residence near Isolo
assembly.
4. Ijare: The zone was appreciated for the support so far. It was appealed to the zone for 5 bundles
of iron sheets and 3 packs of roofing nails.
5. Evangelism: The zone was appreciated for the support received as regards last month national
outreach. A total of ₦12,000.
6. Appreciation: Bro Aboyewa and family appreciated for the support during his wedding.
7. Tehillar 7.7 on 8th December, 2023 at central assembly.
