Opening prayer was made by Pastor Olalekan Oni at about 4:00pm praise
and worship was led by deaconess Abiola Kitan.Thereafter Three intercessory
prayers were made towards EYAC 2023 with 38 members in attendance.
The State Youth Pastor, Pastor Bankole Samuel said we should live our lives
ready and Charged us on the topic Two main covenant highways to work with
God
(1) Addicted to divine leading/guidance psalm 23:1
 as the sheep will never question is shepherd we should always follow
divine leading from God because he will never lead us astray..and he
said divine guidance is failure proof Deut 32:10 Isaiah 48:18
(2) Zeal and passion
 He said zeal is the inner force that drives us and makes us to do the work
of God with passion,
 he said you are not chosen has leader because you have a fine face,you
are chosen because God knows you have capabilities,so don't disappoint
God,and let the passion of the house of God always drive you
 And he said zeal is an Auto response

BUSINESS OF THE DAY

First on the agenda was YAF LEADERSHIP ADVANCE...it was concluded all the district pastors zonal and Area pastors
including all the state excos must go for the empowerment, including the chord, program cord and special duties of
bashorun yaf forum

* Also on the agenda was (EYAC), iseyin nysc camp was suggested and everybody concure with the idea...and kola
daisi as an alternative

* The agenda also consist of YAF REPORT TEMPLATE/ PORTAL..the state youth pastor admonished all district pastors
to follow up their zonal pastor, while the zonal pastor should do likewise to their area pastor in order to to summit
reports on time,because there won't be excuse for failure this time as we are targeting to be the first in any appraisal
they will be doing next ...and because the report now will be done on a website where the national themselves are
monitoring..the SYP won't be responsible for any pastors negligence

* There was a suggestion on our logistics, feeding and transportation by ASYP which was attended to properly during
the course of our meeting ...and it was suggested people should be designated for proper functioning.there was also
an agreement that transportation should be decentralized...at the end pastors were saddled with responsibilities

1) Transportation: pastor ring road, Oyo and ogbomoso was put in charge

2) Accomodations : pastor Apata

3) Camp commandant: pastor Ologuneru and Ojo

4) Kitchen: ASYP and pastor challenge

5) Security: pastor lekan prog cord and pastor Adegbayi

6) Registration: pastor iyana and Akobo

* Sis Eunice (state levite cord ) suggested that pastors should please finance the transportation of levite under them
whenever the day for their rehearsal may be..which the SYP concured with

The meeting ended about 7:00pm with the closing prayer said by the SYP.
