    PRELIMARIES

    Meeting was called to order at 10.00am by Pst. Ben Odero the chairman and meeting opeded
    with word of prayer from elder Paul Opado.The chairman welcomed everybody in the meeting
    and thanked them for taking their time to come for the spiritual meeting.

    MIN002 FORMATION OF A NEW CENTRE (AWENDO CENTRE)

    Members from Andingo central church and Ogwedhi township deliberated and proposed that
    they form Awendo centers to enable them have effective and close church operations to enhance
    spiritual nourishment to their members.

    They also proposed that the Awendo center be …Rongo Dioces.

    The following names were proposed for the post of centre Pastors to be forwarded to the mission
    for consideration.

    Isaac Ochieng Ouko proposed by Siprina Othoo and seconded by Wilkista Achieng.

    A member proposed that there should be proper transparency and accountability in all church
    operations.

    A member proposed that a benevolent office be formed to take care of bereavements.

    A member proposed that there should be regular spiritual fellowships to enhance the spiritual
    growth and development among members.

    There being no any other business,the meeting ended at 12.35pm with a prayer from PST. Ben
    Owiti.
