Worshipful Master
Brothers, I hope you have happy
Christmas holidays and a wonderful
new year. This year 2022 was very
productive, personally grateful to
GADU for such important things
that happened in my personal
and Masonic life, since I had the
opportunity to travel to Mexico
where we attended, my brother MM
Adrian villaseñor and my Son FC Ivan
Villaseñor to the Anniversary of the
Mario Luna Aguilar Lodge #43 being
well received by his W.M:. Agustin
Castillo and where I was given a stone
plaque as a sign of brotherhood with
the Izamna 25 Lodge of the East of
Campeche Mexico and also in this my
Mother Kona Lodge I was installed as
Worsipful Master of which I feel proud
and once again I give you Thanks to
all my brothers and especially to the
new officers who will accompany
me during the Masonic year 2023.
A special thanks to: To our Grand
Master Edde Kanai, Grand Inspector
Cris Kaminaka. W.M Rudy Alvarado
W.M Richard S. Stueber and all the
brothers who accompanied me at the
installation of officers.
And continuing with the relations
between lodges visit the Arizona
Lodge No 2 F&AM in Phoenix
and the Brother. MM Cory Halin
welcomed me and showed me the
facilities. In the month of Dec we had
a visit from our brother. W.M. Clint
Goodwing, Kette Falls

our brother Michael
Olson happened to
occupy his column in
Eterno Oriente We
send our condolences
to all the relatives of
our brother who has
crossed over to the
afterlife. We send our
deepest and heartfelt
prayers to him and his
families from him.
I hope this coming year will be better,
full of blessings and let us remember
that our work reflects who we are. Let
us work as we have been taught in
this lodge and go out into the profane
world to demonstrate what we have
learned here.

Greetings from the South
Are we as Freemasons spending
enough time on communicating with
other Freemasons? How do we com-
municate with other Masons? When
do we communicate with other Ma-
sons?
We receive communications through
electronic venues such as e-mails,
the “Trestle Board”, texts on our cell
phones, etc. Some times we even ac-
tually TALK on the phone with other
Masons. But let us face the facts: how
many actually read about up-coming
events listed in the “Trestle Board”?
Another text message, really? I’ll get
around to reading e-mails later. That’s
the reality of electronic communica-
tion today.
How about those Masons who have
dropped from sight right after they
received their trowel? How do we
communicate with them? After all,
something happened to dampen their
enthusiasm. How can we reach out to
them, and get them back into Lodge?
There is a ‘good’ level of enthusiasm
in our Lodge, in my opinion, it’s just
not ‘great’. It can be better, it can be
great, we just need your ideas and
your involvement . Please give it some
thought.
