    Greetings of Peace,

    The Alternative Learning System of Congressional District 2 Specifically the ALS implementer of the
    municipality of Arakan, Antipas, Magpet, Pres. Roxas, and Makilala will be having a retirement program
    for Mr. Gerardo A. Ampatin Teacher II of Arakan East and Mrs. Merlyn L. Altizo Teacher III of Magpet
    West on May 30, 2022 to be held at 3A’s Brother Café Poblacion, Arakan, Cotabato at exactly 8:00
    o’clock in the morning. This is to honor the services rendered of the retirees under the Department of
    Education.

    Anent to this, we would like to request permission to conduct the said activity with the IATF minimum
    safety health protocol is observe.

    We are hoping for your kind consideration and approval to this matter.
