Performance Output No. 3: For the activity of this lesson, you are going to simulate, through
a role play, the process of conducting a Community Needs Assessment. Divide the roles
among your group, assign somebody to act as the community leader/s (Barangay Council
Members) or community members, and other members to serve as the researchers or data
gatherers. Your objective is to be able to demonstrate accordingly the steps in conducting the
community needs assessment, the data gatherers must be able to ask relevant questions to
the interviewee, while the interviewee must also respond promptly with relevant answers. This
