Outline below are the agreement between the house for rent owner,

Yolanda Dela Cruz Saflor and Eduardo Saflor also their daughter
Crystal Joy Saflor (Located at Blk 5 Lot 9 A & B Alabang Town homes
1 Muntinlupa City) and the tenant, :

 Monthly rental fee of Php

- Collection of monthly payment is every of the
month,
From of 2023.

 The 1 month advance and 2 months deposit are both consumable

and no refundable.

- Deposit is unrefundable
- In case of financial shortage , 1st deposit can be used given that it
will be returned to the owner during the extension stay
-When the tenant decided to leave the apartment the advance will be
fee for the structures in the house and for the balance in water and
electronic bill.
-For the deposit tenant needs to stay for more 2 months so it will be
consumable.

 Understandable for late payments atleast 3 days after the exact date
payment.

 Open Contract
- No lock in
- 30 days notice shall be given to the owner before leaving
the property.
- Photos of the entire house should be take by both parties prior to
moving in.
