Reflection
The “Research Free-Taste” remained to be one of the most daring school
activities I partook in. It taught about necessary processes of research whilst also
applying it within the realm. As an interviewer, the gathering of data is a tiring task but
is rewarding in the end.

Whilst gathering the data, multitudes of the process of research were applied.
From defining what the research topic is about and then formulating assumptions from
the gathered information. All in all, the respective parts of the actualization of research
worked out since it taught what research is all about, even if it is a mini version.

The formulation of the assumptions which can be drawn out from the
information is still the most difficult part of the entire process. This is highly due to the
usage of critical thinking which is harder to teach than to do. To think outside the box is
easier to teach than to think about thinking outside the box.

To close, this necessary investigation was incredibly benefitting. It is a very

accurate depiction of an actual research and therefore encapsulates significant concepts
which are useful in the future. Although it was difficult, the subtlety of the introduction
of the processes of research demonstrate how less of a burden research can become
when taught appropriately. How research can be fun with the proper avenues.
