Hereinafter referred to as the “Second Party”
PREAMBLE:
This agreement is intended to govern the business
relationship between “First Party” and “Second
Party”. “First Party” shall provide Tax Agent and
Cloud accounting Software Services to “Second
Party for the duration of 1 year subject to renewal
annually automatically unless notified sixty days
prior in writing for discontinuation.
“First Party” will be providing Services in
accordance with the policies and principles
recognized by the United Arab Emirates.

Clause (3): Duration of the Contract

The contract shall commence retroactive on 1st .‫الطرفين‬

mutual agreement of both parties.
Second party shall be responsible to provide all
details for all transactions recorded to better the
understanding of the reports.
3.1 Entire Agreement
This document shall represent the entire
agreement between “First Party” and “Second
Party”. No other understandings, promises, or
agreements, written or oral, shall be upheld upon
signature of this agreement by both parties.
Clause (4): Fees and Terms of Payment
4.1 Payment “First Party” will invoice “Second
Party” for Services performed Second Party” will

and acceptance of such invoice.
Payments to first Party” for services rendered shall
be made in full as agreed, without any deductions
for taxes of any kind whatsoever.
4.2 For the provision of the service, the “Second

for duration of 1 year. Payment shall be upon

Clause (11): Signing of the Arrangements

representatives, to be notarized anytime as fraud
arises.
Clause (12): Acknowledgement:
The parties acknowledge that they have read and
understand this Agreement, and agree to be
bound by its terms and conditions in their entirety.
