Preamble:
That is where the first party which Saudi Closed joint
stock company which is generally working on
environment protection, particularly management,
transportation, and treatment of medical, industrial
hazardous and pharmaceutical waste, supply and
installation of supporting materials and environmental
consultation and impact assessment studies,
environmental monitoring and training. The first party
has expressed its ability of technical knowhow and

‫والصناعية والكيماوية والصيدالنية الخطرة والبلدية بشكل خاص‬
‫وكذلك بيع المستلزمات المساندة لألنشطة البيئية والقياسات‬
‫ ولديها القدرة والتأهيل والمعرفة‬، ‫واالستشارات البيئية والتدريب‬
‫الفنية الالزمة و تمتلك العديد من محطات المعالجة و مرادم النفايات‬
‫و حيث أن الطرف‬، ‫والشاحنات وااليدي العاملة المدربة والمؤهلة‬

expertise and having facilities and qualified ‫الثاني يرغب في االستفادة من خدماتها حسب حاجته وبما يتناسب مع‬

Third Article: The scope of work & parties’ ‫ ﻧﻄﺎق اﻟﻌﻤﻞ واﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎت اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ‬:‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ‬

1. The obligations of the first party: :‫ اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎت اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول‬.1

1-1First party shall implement the contract work as
agreed on the attached appendix (SEPC-003701)
and is within defined scope of work and based on
technical details mentioned in the proposal attached

2. The obligations of the second party: :‫ اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎت اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬: .2

2-1Second party shall appoint an authorized person ‫ يلتزم الطرف الثاني بتعيين شخص مخول لمتابعة تسليم المواد‬1-2

Fifth Article: Dispute Resolution ‫ ﺣﻞ اﻟﻨﺰاﻋﺎت‬:‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺨﺎﻣﺲ‬

All disputes arising out of this Agreement between ‫في حالة نشوء نزاع بين الطرفين ـــ ال سـمح هللا ـــ فيما يخص هذه‬

Sixth Article: Copies of Contract ‫ ﻧﺴﺦ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬:‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺴﺎدس‬

This contract has two originals, both Arabic and ،‫ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐﺗﯾن اﻟﻌرﺑﯾﺔ واﻻﻧﺟﻠﯾزﯾﺔ‬،‫ﺣرر ھذا اﻟﻌﻘد ﻣن ﻧﺳﺧﺗﯾن أﺻﻠﯾﺗﯾن‬

Seventh Article: Confidentiality of information ‫ ﺳﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت‬:‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻊ‬

The parties of this contract shall abide by the ‫يلتزم طرفي هذا العقد بسرية المعلومات الواردة فيه وبعدم إفشاء أو‬
