Service agreement from 10/1/2024 to 10/12/2024
This agreement has been made on the date of
07/1/2024 by and between
Construction Supports company limited (FIRST
PARTY)
AKR FOR CONTRACTING (SECOND PARTY)
Project Name: SAMREF HCIS Security Compliance
in Yanbu
Both parties have hereby agreed upon the
:following
The second party shall perform its entire
contractual obligation for the first party, who in
turn performs a contract agreement in the above-
.mentioned project
The second party shall provide all personnel &
Equipment's and shall further undertake his
personnel observation with respect to the security
and safety
procedures applicable within the project work
.facilities
The first party shall support the second party in
regard to the issuance of gate passes and security
IDs for the second party's personnel, materials,
and equipment required to fulfil his contractual
obligations within the employer's premises and
facilities. The second party shall provide all official
.documents required for the said purpose
The contract agreement has been made in
duplicate only for the purpose of issuance of gate
passes for second party personnel, materials, and
equipment and shall not be considered with
respect to the detailed scope of work
