Introduction:- A desire on the INDUSTRIAL AGENCIES FOR TRADING
(the first party) in the appointment of staff and workers in all areas
of work since the second party had made to fill one of the posts,
therefore, before the first party to party has under his
administration or he planning him or his nominee in the work with
all the duties of the jurisdiction of his job and approves the second
party to complete all duties on the best of using its capacity and
experience in the interest of the First Party, for a trial period of
three months beginning on the date of the second party directly to
work as reflected in the decade and have the right First Party which
put an end to the services of the second party and dissolution of the
contract without reward or compensation, or already informing
him after the end of this period and proven merits of the second
party to work mentioned This effect, according to the Decade is
contained in article II of this decade, was adopted after the parties
to this and the safety of their will of the whole of the Decade a
reckonable religiously and a system to contract for this decade we
have agreed on the following :-
Article 1: (The profession)
1. Appoint the function of the second party
to be his or her duties in accordance with functions and signed the
confirmation of receipt of the work.
2. The party has the right to assign the party first second jobs, or
the functions of different from its basic function if the interest of
action, or if the performance of the second party requires him to do
so, as it is not incompatible with its basic function without
substantial financial compensation for that.
3. The party I have the right to issue a rescheduling of functions of
each staff member, according to the rules of procedure, and in the
second party to adhere to the functions entrusted to him by the first
party and to work.
4. The party I have the right to the transfer of the second party to
any of its branches inside the kingdom.
Article 2 :(The duration of the contract )
1. This applies for the Decade ( ) years from / / 20 G,
and expiring on / / 20 G, Can be renewed between the
parties in accordance with these terms, or conditions as he may
deem the first party agreed upon later between the parties.
2. If desired one of the parties not to renew the contract for other
similar, he notified the other party in writing prior to sixty days
from the date of expiry of time set for the end of the decade.
3. In the case of failure to notify either party to the other, as
contained in the preceding paragraph, this contract automatically
renewed for another period similar.
4. The first party is entitled to terminate this contract before the
specified period or duration renewed its kind, the presence of a
legitimate reason preceded by a warning pace without prejudice to
the second party receivables (if any).
5 - The first party is entitled to terminate this contract at any time
and without the need for the above information, compensation and
reward based on the cases mentioned in Article (80) of the Unified
Labor Law No. 12 of 2005.

‫وحيث أن الطرف الثاني قد تقدم لشغل إحدى الوظائف وعليه‬
‫فقد قبل الطرف األول أن يعمل الطرف الثاني لديه وتحت إدارته‬
‫أو من ينوب عنه أو من يقوم مقامه في العمل وفق كل ما يدخل‬
‫في مهام واختصاص وظيفته ويوافق الطرف الثاني على إنجاز‬
‫جميع الواجبات على أحسن وجه مستعمًًال قدرته وخبرته‬
‫لمصلحة الطرف األول وذلك لفترة تجريبية مدتها ثالثة أشهر‬
‫تبدأ من تاريخ مباشرة الطرف الثاني للعمل كما يظهر ذلك في العقد‬
‫وفسخ‬ ‫ويحق للطرف األول خاللها إنهاء خدمات الطرف الثاني‬
‫وبعد انتهاء‬ ‫العقد بدون مكافأة أو تعويض أو سبق إعالم له‬

‫ يحق للطرف األول أن ُيسند للطرف الثاني وظيفة أو مهام مختلفة عن‬.2
‫ أو إذا كان أداء‬،‫وظيفته األساسية إذا تطلب مصلحة العمل ذلك‬
‫الطرف الثاني ُيحتم عليه ذلك بما ال يتعارض جوهريًًا مع وظيفته‬
.‫األساسية بدون تعويض مالي لذلك‬
‫ يحق للطرف األول أن ُيصدر جدولة للمهام الوظيفية لكل موظف‬.3
‫ وعلى الطرف الثاني التقيد بالمهام الموكلة‬،‫حسب النظام الداخلي له‬
.‫إليه من الطرف األول ورؤسائه في العمل‬
‫ يحق للطرف األول نقل الطرف الثاني إلى أي من فروعه داخل‬.4

Article 3 :(The salary and benefits )
*- The total salary for the second party, which includes days per
month is SR
and spent on the fifth day of the following month in accordance
with the Gregorian calendar, including housing, transportation
and end of service benefits in addition to the value of a ticket to
the country of the second party in return having all of its
obligations and functions of the job entrusted to him from the
first party.
Article4:(Vacations)
Second Party deserve a yearly vacation period (21 days) for one
year and the date of leave will be subject to the approval of the
first party and as needed for the work itself and the Second Party
shall be in post at the end of each leave period and is ready to
perform his or her duties
Article5:(General provisons)
1. The previous boot is an integral part of this decade.
2. Parties commit themselves to what was stated in this contract
terms and conditions under which the texts and work.
3. This contract is the final agreement between the parties and
supersedes any oral or written agreements between the parties
before the previous editor of this contract, if any.
Article 6: The work week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday
evening, and given that on Friday a day of rest will continue to
work within a week of work for only six days of the week it is
known that weekly day of rest paid in monthly salary of the
party.
Article 7: (Obligations of the second party)
1. On the other side full compliance behavior and the True Good
manners while on work inside or outside the buildings and
facilities and departments of the first party or its subsidiaries.
2. The second party to perform the functions entrusted to him as
a decree by the first party on the dates specified by the fullest.
3. Presence in his office throughout the period of official working
hours, unless it is expensive to perform other work outside the
duty station, or the nature of the work calls for his departure
from the workplace.
4. Attendance and leave on the dates specified by the first party
in accordance with regulations and internal regulations to them.
5. Compliance with regulations internal to the first party, and the
implementation of directives and instructions and orders issued
to him by his superiors at work.
6. Strict adherence to models designed to adjust the
administrative work and for all applications submitted to the first
party and available to the Administration Affairs, and any
request to the first party in violation of the not negligible and is
considered a non-existent.
7. Pledge to save the secrets and work-related information
acquired by virtue of his job and not disclosed to others for any
reason.
Article 8: On the other side to maintain is in the custody of the
property of the first party, and to give adequate attention to
property and machinery at his disposal, and if misused it fined as
much as it caused him to lose.
Article 9: The first party provides routine medical care and
emergency to the second party for the duration of the contract
and in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the first party.
Article 10: Any deductions and other fees to the headquarters of
work paid in full by the second party.

) ‫ ( الراتب والمزايا‬:‫المادة الثالثة‬
‫إن إجمالي الراتب الشهري للطرف الثاني والذي يشمل‬ 

‫ ويصرف في اليوم الخامس من الشهر التالي وفقًًا للتقويم الميالدي شامال‬.
‫المسكن والمواصالت والمكافآت ونهاية الخدمة باإلضافة إلي قيمة تذكرة‬
‫السفر إلي بلد الطرف الثاني نظير قيامه بكافة التزاماته ومهامه الوظيفية‬
.‫الموكلة إليه من الطرف األول‬
) ‫ ( األجازات‬:‫المادة الرابعة‬
‫ يوم) عن السنة الواحدة وتاريخ‬21( ‫يستحق الطرف الثاني أجازه سنوية مدتها‬
‫االجازه سيخضع لموافقة الطرف األول وحسب حاجه العمل نفسه ويلتزم الطرف‬
‫الثاني بالتواجد في مقر العمل في نهاية كل فتره أجازه ومستعد ألداء واجباته‬

)‫ (أحكام عامة‬:‫المادة الخامسة‬
.‫ يعتبر التمهيد السابق جزءًًا ال يتجزأ من هذا العقد‬.1
‫ يلتزم الطرفان بما ورد في هذا العقد من شروط وأحكام بموجب‬.2
.‫نصوصه والعمل بموجبها‬
‫ يعتبر هذا العقد هو االتفاق النهائي بين الطرفين ويلغى أي اتفاقات‬.3
.‫شفهية أو كتابية سابقة بين الطرفين قبل تحرير هذا العقد إن وجدت‬
‫ يبدأ أسبوع العمل من صباح السبت وينتهي مساء يوم الجمعة‬:‫المادة السادسة‬
‫وباعتبار أن يوم الجمعة يوم راحة فسيستمر العمل الفعلي خالل أسبوع العمل لمده‬
‫ستة أيام فقط من األسبوع ومن المعلوم أن يوم الراحة األسبوعي مدفوع األجر‬
.‫ضمن الراتب الشهري للطرف الثاني‬
) ‫ ( التزامات الطرف الثاني‬:‫المادة السابعة‬
‫ على الطرف الثاني االلتزام التام بالسلوك القويم والخلق الكريم أثناء‬.1
.‫تأديته لعمله داخل أو خارج مباني الطرف األول أو فروعه‬
‫ على الطرف الثاني تأدية المهام الوظيفية الموكلة إليه حسبما هو‬.2
‫مرسوم له من قبل الطرف األول في المواعيد الزمنية التي ُيحددها‬
.‫على أكمل وجه‬
‫ ما لم يكن‬، ‫ التواجد في مقر عمله طوال فترة ساعات العمل الرسمية‬.3
‫مكلفًًا بأداء عمل آخر خارج مقر العمل أو كانت طبيعة عمله‬
.‫تستدعي مغادرته لمقر العمل‬
‫ الحضور واالنصراف في المواعيد التي يحددها الطرف األول وفق‬.4
.‫النظم واللوائح الداخلية لها‬
‫ وتنفيذ التوجيهات‬، ‫ التقيد باللوائح الداخلية للطرف األول‬.5
.‫والتعليمات واألوامر الصادرة إليه من رؤسائه في العمل‬
‫ التقُيد التام بالنماذج اإلدارية الُم عدة لضبط العمل والخاصة بجميع‬.6
، ‫الطلبات المقدمة للطرف األول والمتوفرة لدى الشئون اإلدارية‬
‫وأي طلب مقدم إلى الطرف األول بصورة مخالفة لذلك ال يعتد به‬
.‫ويعتبر من حكم العدم‬
‫ التعهد بحفظ أسرار العمل والمعلومات المتعلقة بالعمل والتي يحصل‬.7
.‫عليها بحكم وظيفته وعدم اإلفصاح عنها للغير مهما كانت األسباب‬
‫ على الطرف الثاني المحافظة على ما يدخل في عهدته من ممتلكات‬:‫المادة الثامنة‬
‫ وان يعتني عناية كافية بالممتلكات واآلالت الموضوعة تحت‬، ‫الطرف األول‬
.‫ وإذا أساء استخدام ذلك يغرم بمقدار ما تسبب في خسارته‬،‫تصرفه‬
‫ يوفرالطرف األول الرعاية الطبية االعتيادية والطارئة للطرف‬:‫المادة التاسعة‬
.‫الثاني طوال فتره سريان العقد وفقا لالئحة الداخلية للطرف األول‬
‫ أي استقطاعات ورسوم أخري للدولة مقر العمل تدفع كاملة من‬:‫المادة العاشرة‬

Article 11: The payment during sick leave in accordance with the
Saudi Labor, provided that the requirement for medical or hospital
stay is confirmed by a physician approved by the First Party.
Article 12: Second Party will undertake to abide by all policies and
instructions and directives issued by the first party and commit not
to systems and regulations and customs in force in Saudi Arabia
will be the first party responsible for any sanctions or the
responsibility of the second party as a result of having violated any
of that.
Article 13: Second Party agrees to abide by all aspects of reserves
confidential First Party or clients first party or any department or
branch of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia related
to the currency of Second Party agrees to maintain the
confidentiality of all material and information that come to the
attention of the party first or its clients or the work itself.
Article 14: The acceptance of this work undertakes the second party
that he would not take any action or another job, he would not for
any reason or participate in any strike or other labor disputes or
participate in any dispute, industrial, political or social or any
action that involves stop or cut its work. In the event of evidence of
any of these items immediately upon separating from work and is
held void.
Article 15: It is, in case the first party or second party to terminate
the employment relationship for any reason For a student exiting
the other party notice of termination deadline writing at least sixty
days and to be convincing reasons to the parties.
1/15- The first party is entitled to terminate the employment
relationship at any time without warning or notice and without
allowance arrangement of any rights of the other party before the
first party during the probationary period first to the second party
and if the proportions of the other party any Mmily:-
1/1/15-If in the attack ,whether physically or verball assaulted or
maliciously to any of his colleagues or his superior to work.
2/1/15- If he does not perform his essential implications of the
employment contract or has not been legitimate orders or continued
failure to implement its work in a satisfactory manner or did not
take into account the instructions announced in the workplace by
the first party and for his safety and the safety of others and the
general rules of safety in the workplace.
3/1/15- If he has done any act or omission intended to harm the
interests or the first party to be a nuisance to colleagues or exposed
to danger.
4/1/15-If he was foun to fraud in the provision of information or
data pertaining to the first party including but not limited to fraud
in the job statement or medical reports… .etc.
5/1/15- Follow it if it is proven misconduct or having committed an
act in breach of honesty or integrity with the first party or one of its
staff or its clients including but not limited to failure to pay the debt
owed to it or edit its worthless checks or cases of theft,…. etc .
6/1/15- If he is absent without reason for more than ten consecutive
days or twenty days in one single year.
7/1/15- if it is established or charged by the competent authorities
that he had any conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or
constitute grounds for deportation from the Kingdom or
cancellation of or inability to obtain residency or work permit or in
violation of any Statute or regulation or in violation of any local
custom of the kingdom or is no other reason to terminate the
contract in accordance with the work and workers in Saudi Arabia.
8/1/15- If it is proven disclosing secrets to the first party or work in
which it operates.

‫ يتم دفع المستحقات خالل االجازه المرضية وفقا لنظام‬:‫المادة الحادية عشر‬
‫العمل والعمال السعودي بشرط أن يكون االحتياج الطبي أو االقامه بالمستشفى‬
.‫مؤكد بواسطة طبيب معتمد من قبل الطرف األول‬
‫ يتعهد الطرف الثاني بأن يلتزم بكافه السياسات والتعليمات‬:‫المادة الثانية عشر‬
‫والتوجيهات الصادرة من الطرف األول وأن يلتزم باألنظمة واللوائح والعادات‬
‫السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولن يكون الطرف األول مسئول عن أي‬
‫جزاءات أو مسئوليات تقع على عاتق الطرف الثاني كنتيجة لمخالفته ألي من‬

‫ يوافق الطرف الثاني أن يلتزم من كافه األوجه باحتياطيات‬:‫المادة الثالثة عشر‬
‫السرية الخاصة بالطرف األول أو عمالء الطرف األول أو آي أداره أو فرع‬
‫لحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية المرتبطة بعملة ويوافق الطرف الثاني على أن‬
‫يحافظ على سريه كافه المواد والمعلومات التي تصل إلى علمه عن الطرف األول‬
.‫أو عمالئه أو العمل نفسه‬
‫ بقبول هذا العمل يتعهد الطرف الثاني بأنه لن يقوم بأي‬: ‫المادة الرابعة عشر‬
‫عمل أو وظيفة أخرى وانه لن يقوم ألي سبب من األسباب أو باالشتراك في أي‬
‫إضراب أو أي منازعات عمالية أو أن يشارك في أي نزاع صناعي أو سياسي أو‬
‫ وفي حال ثبوت أي من‬.‫اجتماعي أو أي إجراء يشتمل على إيقاف أو قطع عمله‬
.‫هذه البنود عليه فيفصل فورًًا عن العمل ويعتبر عقده ملغيًا‬
‫ انه في حاله رغبه الطرف األول أو الطرف الثاني في‬:‫المادة الخامسة عشر‬
‫إنهاء عالقة العمل آلي سبب من األسباب فعلى طالب اإلنهاء إنذار الطرف اآلخر‬
.‫باإلنهاء كتابه بمهلة ستون يوما على األقل وان تكون األسباب مقنعة للطرفين‬
‫ كما يحق للطرف األول إنهاء عالقة العمل في آي وقت دون إنذار أو‬-1/15
‫بدل إنذار وبدون ترتيب أي حقوق للطرف الثاني قبل الطرف األول خالل فتره‬
-: ‫االختبار األولى للطرف الثاني وإذا نسب للطرف الثاني أي مما يأتي‬
‫إذا وقع منه اعتداء سواء كان اعتداء جسميًا أو كالميًا أو كيديًا على‬-1/1/15
.‫أي من زمالئه أو رؤسائه بالعمل‬
‫إذا لم يقم بتأدية التزاماته الجوهرية المترتبة على عقد العمل أو لم‬-2/1/15
‫ينفذ األوامر المشروعة أو استمر في عدم تنفيذ عمله بطريقه مرضيه أو لم يراع‬
‫التعليمات المعلن عنها في مكان العمل من قبل الطرف األول والخاصة بسالمته‬
.‫وسالمه اآلخرين والقواعد العامة للسالمة في أماكن العمل‬
‫إذا وقع منه أي فعل أو تقصير يقصد به إلحاق الضرر بمصالح الطرف‬-3/1/15
.‫األول أو يكون فيه إزعاج لزمالئه أو تعريضهم للخطر‬
‫إذا ثبت قيامه بالتزوير في تقديم المعلومات أو البيانات التي تخص‬-4/1/15
‫الطرف األول بما في ذلك دون حصر التزوير في البيان الوظيفي أو التقارير‬

‫للديون المستحقة عليه أو قيامه بتحرير شيكات بدون رصيد أو حاالت السرقة‬

‫إذا تغيب دون سبب مشروع أكثر من عشره أيام متتالية أو عشرون‬-6/1/15
.‫يوما متقطعة خالل السنة الواحدة‬
‫إذا ثبت أو اتهم من جانب السلطات المختصة بأنه قام بأي تصرف‬-7/1/15
‫يشكل جرما جنائيا أو يشكل سبب للترحيل من المملكة أو إلغاء أو عدم التمكن‬
‫من الحصول على االقامه أو تصريح العمل و ينتهك أي نظام أو الئحة أو ينتهك‬
‫أي عاده محليه للمملكة أو يشكل أي سبب أخر إلنهاء التعاقد وفقا لنظام العمل‬

.‫إذا ثبت إفشائه ألسرار تخص الطرف األول أو العمل الذي يعمل فيه‬-8/1/15

2/15- The first party is entitled to terminate the contract also
under risk or allowance for the notice period as may be required
by the system of work and workers in Saudi Arabia any of the
following cases: -
1/2/15- Termination, suspension or reduction of work or to
modify or reduction of employment, regardless of the reasons for
this effect if it is directly or indirectly on the requirement for
second-party services.
2/2/15-If the second party has any license or permit or certificate
required for the performance of his work required of it.
3/2/15- Died if the second party, or is not mentally healthy and
capable to do the work required of him as determined by medical
certificates or if the illness to be absent from work for a period of
not less than ninety consecutive days or one hundred and twenty
days in one year each.
3/15- Upon termination of this contract to the second party must
return any property or covenant in his possession belonging to the
party or the payment of the first critical value of the receivables
to the first party.
Article 16: Second Party shall not leave work for any reason in
the case to abstain from work shall be fined all the losses
sustained by the First Party by losing their jobs without
interference from the second party.
Article17: This contract represents the entire agreement between
the parties regarding the appointment of the second party to first
party in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and replace any previous
agreements or Matters pertaining whether oral or written and
may be amended or supplemented by the contract but the written
agreement between the parties.
Article 18: (Correspondence)

Article 19: Unless shown on the text of this contract is a reference
list of the organization of work and a list of sanctions on the party

Article 20: (Justice / And Arbitration)
*- In the case of litigation is to resort to the courts of Saudi

.‫الطرف الثاني‬
‫إذا فقد الطرف الثاني أي ترخيص أو تصريح أو شهادة الزمة لقيامه‬-2/2/15
.‫بأداء العمل المطلوب منه‬
‫إذا توفى الطرف الثاني أو كان غير قادر عقليا وصحيا علي القيام بالعمل‬-3/2/15
‫المطلوب منه وفقا لما تقرره الشهادات الطبية أو إذا أدى مرضه إلى تغيبه عن‬
‫العمل لمده ال تقل عن تسعون يوما متواصلة أو مائه وعشرون يوما متقطعة خالل‬
.‫السنة الواحدة‬
‫عند إنهاء هذا العقد فيتعين على الطرف الثاني إعادة آية ممتلكات أو عهد‬-3/15
‫في حوزته تخص الطرف األول أو دفع قيمتها حسمًًا من مستحقاته لدى الطرف‬
.‫األول‬
‫ يلتزم الطرف الثاني بعدم ترك العمل ألي سبب وفي حالة‬: ‫المادة السادسة عشر‬
‫االمتناع عن العمل يتم تغريمة جميع الخسائر التي لحقت بالطرف األول جراء تركة‬
.‫العمل دون اعتراض من الطرف الثاني‬
‫ يمثل هذا العقد االتفاق الكامل بين األطراف فيما يتعلق بتعيين‬:‫المادة السابعة عشر‬
‫الطرف الثاني لدى الطرف األول في المملكة العربية السعودية ويحل محل أي‬
‫اتفاقيات أو مفاهمات سابقه سواء شفهية أو كتابيه وال يجوز تعديل هذا العقد أو‬
.‫االضافه عليه إال باالتفاق الكتابي بين الطرفين‬

‫ ما لم يرد بخصوص نص هذا العقد يكون المرجع فيه الئحة‬:‫المادة التاسعة عشر‬
.‫تنظيم العمل والئحة الجزاءات الخاصة بالطرف األول‬

. ‫ في حالة التقاضي يتم اللجوء إلي المحاكم السعودية بالمدينة المنورة‬-*
‫ حرر هذا العقد من نسختين بيد كل طرف نسخة للعمل‬:‫المادة الواحد والعشرون‬
