Augment ® Vet Bolus is active against penicillin sensitive gram positive AM‡g›U ® †fU †evjvm †cwbwmwjb †mbwmwUf MÖvg cwRwUf Ges MÖvg †b‡MwUf
and gram negative bacteria. It is effective against various disease like e¨vK‡Uwiqvi weiƒ‡× Kvh©Ki| Bnv wewfbœ †ivM †hgb: g¨v÷vBwUm, †gUªvBwUm,
mastitis, metritis, gastroenteritis, salmonellosis, calf scour, pharyngitis, M¨v‡÷ªvG‡›UivBwUm, mvj‡gv‡b‡jvwmm, Kvd ¯‹vDi, eª‡¼vwbD‡gvwbqv,

Augment ® Vet Bolus is a broad spectrum bactericidal antibiotic that
belongs to the beta-lactam group. Amoxicillin interferes with bacterial
cell wall synthesis by inhibiting transpeptidase and carboxipeptidase
enzymes of bacteria. On the other hand, Clavulanic acid is a beta
lactamase inhibitor, used in conjunction with beta-lactamase susceptible
antibiotics to treat infections caused by beta-lactamase producing
organisms.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Cattle / Buffalo: 1 bolus / 80 – 160 Kg (5-10 mg/Kg) body weight twice
daily for 3 – 5 days.
Dog / Cat: 1 bolus / 40 – 80 Kg (10-20 mg/Kg) body weight twice daily
for 3 – 5 days.
