    BBCM 4103 COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT

    PURPOSE

    The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ ability to explain some types of

    long-term incentive programme in an organisation.

    REQUIREMENT

    Explain the types of long-term incentives programme practiced in an organisation that

    you are familiar with. Evaluate how these incentives programme are used to motivate

    employees. Suggest ways to improve the incentive programme for the selected

    organisation.
