BBNP 4103 PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

PURPOSE

The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ ability to discuss the

performance appraisal implementation in a selected organisation and how it impacts

the organisation and provide suggestions for future improvements.

REQUIREMENT

Select any organisation that you are familiar with. Discuss the implementation of

performance appraisal in that organisation. Analyse the impacts to the organisation by

providing relevant examples from the organisation. Suggest methods to improve the

performance appraisal implementation in that organization.
