4.0 Goods not meeting specifications:
a) Upon delivery and inspection, if the goods do not meet the technical specification quoted, the Supplier will be responsible for the cost of taking back
such items;
b) The item not meeting technical specifications will be replaced and delivered within a period of two weeks’ time.
